South Korea's KOSPI Index Opens 1.8% Higher, SK Hynix Rises Over 2%

South Korea's KOSPI Index opens 1.8% higher at 5653.99 points. Both SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics rise more than 2%. The Nikkei 225 Index opens 0.78% higher at 64925.29 points.
