Stacks Releases Q3 Ecosystem Report: BTC Staking Volume Reaches 735 Units, STX Staking Volume Rises Over 25%

Bitcoin Layer 2 platform Stacks has released its Q3 ecosystem report. Data shows that a total of 735 BTC entered the Bitcoin staking system across the first two lock-up cycles. Since the PoX-5 hard fork, the quantity of STX participating in staking has increased by over 25%, rising from 392 million units to 493 million units. A total of 230 BTC was deposited in the first lock-up cycle (Bond 1), with participants including 21shares, HashKey Cloud, UTXO Management, and Sypher Capital, among others. The deposit volume in the second lock-up cycle doubled, reaching 505 BTC.
