Solana Shanghai Event Announced Postponement Due to Sign-ups Exceeding Registered Capacity Limit

After the event was publicized, the number of registrations quadrupled overnight, far exceeding the maximum attendance limit the organizer had registered with local regulatory authorities. The organizer was also unable to prevent attendees from surging into the venue.
