Strategy has conditionally announced daily dividend distributions for its preferred stock STRC from November 1 to 30, 2026, with the annualized dividend yield maintained at 12.00%. This arrangement will take effect only after shareholders approve the "Daily Dividend Distribution" amendment via voting on October 28. Upon the amendment's passage, every calendar day (including weekends and public holidays) will be designated as a dividend record date for STRC.
