USDC Circulating Supply Decreased by Approximately 500 Million Over the Past 7 Days

According to official data, in the 7-day period ending October 15, Circle issued approximately 10.9 billion USDC and redeemed around 11.4 billion USDC, resulting in a circulating supply reduction of roughly 500 million. The total circulating supply of USDC stands at 72.5 billion, with total reserves of approximately 72.7 billion USD, including around 35.6 billion USD in overnight reverse repo of government securities, roughly 25.8 billion USD in Treasury bills with maturities under 3 months, approximately 10.6 billion USD in deposits at systemically important financial institutions, and about 600 million USD in other bank deposits.
