Analyst: Selling Pressure From BTC Bought At High Price Levels Has Eased Significantly

Analyst IT Tech published an analysis noting that over the past 30 days, only 4.4% of BTC held for 6 to 12 months has flowed into exchanges, a sharp drop from the 40.4% recorded in mid-June. These BTC are primarily held by investors who purchased near or after the 2025 market top. Monthly BTC movement volumes have remained in the range of 143,700 to 216,500 BTC, but the proportion of this flow directed to exchanges has continued to decline substantially: 40.4% in mid-June, 30.9% in mid-July, 9.8% in mid-August, 3.7% in mid-September, and 4.4% in mid-October. The analysis concludes that buyers who entered at high price levels have largely stopped selling, reducing resistance to upward price movement. However, the market still requires new buying demand to drive further gains, and such new buying pressure has not yet emerged clearly.
