Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich stated in an announcement that shareholders of Nasdaq-listed Super League (SLE) have voted to approve the proposed transaction with Metaplanet, marking a critical step in the company's transformation from a Bitcoin treasury enterprise to a global Bitcoin-native financial platform. Upon completion of the transaction, Superplanet will operate as Metaplanet's U.S.-listed Bitcoin treasury platform, gaining direct access to U.S. capital markets to facilitate financing activities at appropriate junctures.
