October LPR quotation released: Both 1-year and over-5-year interest rates remain unchanged

The Loan Prime Rate (LPR) quotation for October 2026 has been released: the 1-year LPR stands at 3%, the same as the previous month; the over-5-year LPR is 3.5%, unchanged from the previous month.
