French Financial Markets Authority Releases New Batch of Websites Illegally Offering Crypto Assets or Related Services

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), France's financial markets regulator, has published a new set of websites identified in the third quarter that illegally offer crypto assets or related services in France, including domains such as alphaairobot.com, bitgrokapp.com, cryptobullbear.com, and investpathline.com. Since 2026, the AMF has added 64 new entries to its list of unauthorized crypto asset websites. The AMF notes that this list is updated frequently but cannot be exhaustive. Investors may refer to the crypto asset service provider (PSCA) whitelist on the official AMF website to verify whether a platform holds authorization to operate in France.
