South Korean stock market closes down nearly 4%, SK Hynix falls 4.22%

South Korea's KOSPI Index closed down 214.93 points, or 3.73%, at 5553.08 points. Samsung Electronics fell 2.98%, and SK Hynix declined 4.22%.
