Du Jun: Due to Frequent Security Incidents, Many Family Offices Have Converted BTC to IBIT or Physical Gold

Du Jun posted on platform X stating: "The family offices that I previously advised to allocate BTC and ETH have, after experiencing centralized exchange heists and cold wallet supply chain security incidents, successively converted their BTC holdings to IBIT. A portion of them have even sold their crypto assets to purchase traditional assets such as physical gold. I no longer know how to persuade them, and this situation appears to have no viable resolution."

Mask Network: Three Leak Incidents in One Week Did Not Result From Blockchain Compromise, Calls for Reflection on Data Hoarding Issues

Mask Network posted on the X platform stating that three leak incidents occurred within one week, involving a vendor, a bank, and an engineer's laptop respectively, and none of these incidents were caused by a compromise of the blockchain itself. Mask Network noted that large volumes of personal data are stored in locations that are easy targets for attacks. Instead of debating how to protect all data, it is more meaningful to first question why such large volumes of data are collected in the first place. It argues that the most secure data is likely data that no one hoards.
